The OBHA is tasked with providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Department of Commerce, the legislature, and all public agencies regarding the quality of services, complaints, problems for individuals receiving service from behavioral health providers or facilities, and any recommendations for improved services for behavioral health consumers.
